I am 13 and will be 14 in exactly 20 days. I am above average as far as my chest size. For the past few days, I have been experiencing some very bad pain in one of my breasts. I have talked to my mom about it, but she said it may just be a briuse from working out in P.E. She told me that if the pain persists, she will set up a doctor’s appointment. Niether one of us has open expressed the possibility of it being breast cancer but I have thought about it. Maybe I am just ill informed as to what breast cancer is and I shouldn’t be worrying, please help.

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters

Given that your breasts are growing right now, the pain you’re feeling is probably perfectly normal. I’m glad your mom set up an appointment, though. I think it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

The chances of you having breast cancer at your age are very, very, very slim. So slim that, if you were my daughter, I wouldn’t be worried about it one bit.

I hope that helps and “Happy Birthday”.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker

Straight an direct, but with kindness in your tone. This is the most psychologically healthy way. Kids are amazing and while we don’t want to place al the burdens of the world on them at once, understanding about death and dying is important and she is old enough to have a reasonable understanding of what is about to happen Be prepared to answer any questions she may have. These sites may help you.

If you don’t have adobe acrobat reader on your computer, you may need to install it for link 2 only, but most computers have it.

Kids do best when adults are direct and honest with them.

Not an easy task, but one you will handle very well, I’m sure.

My fiance and I were engaged in May 2007, we are planning to get married in October 2008. In October 2007 he was diagnosed with cancer– both of us being college students, he is still covered under his parent’s insurance. If we get married in October and he can no longer be covered by his parent’s insurance– what are our options? Is there a way for him to take over his current coverage??

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters

No, he can’t take over his current coverage. Either he’s an eligible dependent of his parents or he’s not. However, depending upon the size of his parent’s employer, he may be offered COBRA insurance. (COBRA is quite expensive, but if he needs to continue cancer treatments and can’t find other coverage then you do what you gotta do.)

Otherwise, one of you will have to get a job with benefits so that he can be on that employer plan after your married. I’m presuming that one of you plans to be employed full time by the time you’re married?

(Please tell me you’re not planning to both still be full time college students and get married in October? Given your fiance’s medical condition and knowing that he’ll lose his health insurance through his parents, that would be a colossally stupid mistake. If you can line up other coverage, great…proceed as planned with the wedding. But if this is his only shot at being able to have affordable health coverage to treat his cancer, then the only logical thing to do is postpone the wedding. Doesn’t meant that you can’t stay in your relationship and still love/support him…just delay the legal ceremony given the consequences of losing his insurance.)

Good luck.

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters

it would be a success .. capricorns like long term relationship and that is what cancer has to offer. They are like cancer .. once they got you, they would never let go. I am currently going out with a cancer girl and she is my everything. Cancer and Capricorns are, however, opposites but you both got special things in you that will help each other create that strong bond. What cancer lack, capricorns will help vice versa. So in other words, if you a capricorn and going out with a cancer, you got your self a wedding in the future. Good luck

Best Answer - cancer

i tell people about graviola. it costs about $10 a bottle sent to your address. you take 2 tablets a day for two months and decide if it helps you. it has worked for three people i know of personally. you get it 818-882-2400 or go to physiciansformula.com.. this is word of mouth only but my niece had a mastectomy(both breasts). they finally told her they could do no more for her because her body could no longer tolerate chemo. i sent her two bottles of graviola to try. she took them for two months and so far ALL of her tests have com back clear of cancer..they had told her she had less than a year to live. i have no affiliation with phys. formula- i just buy thier product to keep cancer away and help my relatives get rid of thier cancer…so far 3. 2sisters and a niece..i don’t know if it will work for everyone. it worked for them.

My grandma has pancreatic cancer and the doctors say that is is spreading to her liver. I know that doctors say that there is no cure or anyway to stop it from spreading, thats bs. I have read books. Does anyone know how to stop it from spreading?

Best Answer - Do you know about essiac tea, brand name Flor.essence? JFK’s personal physician was involved in researching it, then got colin cancer. He took nothing but the tea and got rid of the cancer.

A friend of mine had stomach cancer, was having to have his stomach pumped three times a week, and his doctor told him he had about 6 weeks to live. His girlfriend found out
about the tea, got it for him, and when he went back to the doctor’s office a few weeks later, with no stomach pumping in between, the doctor and staff thought he had died. Instead, there was no longer any evidence of cancer. The doctor couldn’t understand it, called it a remission, he was not told about the tea.

At any rate you can get it at most health food stores in either liquid or dry (needs to steep) form. I would recommend getting both, because she can start with the liquid right away, just follow directions. When that gets low you’ll have time to steep the dry tea for 8 hours, again just follow directions.

Your grandmother will be glad to know it doesn’t taste bad. I have taken it a few times as a tonic for a general tune up, the product also has instructions for that.

I sincerely hope this helps you and your grandmother.

I’m not a doctor so I can’t say specifically but it really depends on situation, hospital and insurance. So these are just one of the example. Anyway, not so cheap…Counseling is not so expensive so I think it’s better to start from counseling

This article - http://www.boliwawa.com- has done studies with capsaicin and prostate cancer. The researchers were able to demonstrate that the capsaicin interfered with NF-kappa Beta, which is one of the mechanisms that lead to apoptosis. It also prevents prostate cells from proliferating, thereby preventing prostate cancer growth. The article goes into more detail and is an interesting read if you want to learn more.

My dad died from metastatic melanoma, so I thought I’d do some research.

Now, this is still under testing.. So my question to you is, do you think this will work?

Honestly I think they already have a cure but there is more money in treating the disease than “curing” it. Do you realize that no disease can live in an oxygen rich environment? Even when patients have stage 4 ( terminal ) they still treat cancer. Why? Money that’s why!!
